By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. <strong>Definitions<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>\u201cNomado\u201d, \u201cwe\u201d, \u201cus\u201d, or \u201cour\u201d<\/strong> refers to the platform and its owners.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u201cUser\u201d<\/strong> refers to any individual using the platform, including both travelers and tour providers.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u201cTour Provider\u201d<\/strong> refers to individuals or businesses offering travel-related services via Nomado.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>\u201cTraveler\u201d<\/strong> refers to users booking or browsing tours.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. <strong>Use of the Platform<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You agree to:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Use Nomado only for lawful purposes.<\/li>\n\n<li>Provide accurate and complete information.<\/li>\n\n<li>Not attempt to harm, disrupt, or exploit the platform or its users.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>Booking and Payment<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Tour Provider.<\/li>\n\n<li>Payment is processed through secure third-party services.<\/li>\n\n<li>Prices are set by Tour Providers and may include applicable taxes or fees.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. <strong>Refund and Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Full refund<\/strong> if the traveler cancels <strong>at least 24 hours<\/strong> before the start of the tour.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>No refund<\/strong> for cancellations made <strong>within 24 hours<\/strong> of the tour start time.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Tour Provider Cancellations:<\/strong> If a provider cancels a booking, the traveler will receive a <strong>full refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Refunds are processed within <strong>7\u201310 business days<\/strong> via the original payment method.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For disputes, please contact us at <strong><a class=\"\">nomadoplatform@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong>Responsibilities of Tour Providers<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tour Providers agree to:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Offer only legitimate, safe, and legal tours.<\/li>\n\n<li>Ensure accurate descriptions and pricing.<\/li>\n\n<li>Handle traveler inquiries and perform tours professionally.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. <strong>Responsibilities of Travelers<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Travelers agree to:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Follow safety rules and instructions during tours.<\/li>\n\n<li>Not engage in disruptive or unlawful behavior during any booked experience.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. <strong>Platform Limitations<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nomado is a <strong>marketplace<\/strong>. We do <strong>not own or operate<\/strong> any tours. We are not liable for:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Injuries, accidents, or losses during any experience.<\/li>\n\n<li>Service failures or misrepresentations by Tour Providers.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We encourage users to review ratings and verify details before booking.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. <strong>Account Suspension or Termination<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms, including fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. <strong>Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All content on the platform \u2014 text, logos, images, etc. \u2014 is owned by or licensed to Nomado. Unauthorized use is prohibited.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. <strong>Changes to These Terms<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nomado after updates means you accept the changes.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. <strong>Governing Law<\/strong><\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms are governed by the laws of <strong>the Kyrgyz Republic<\/strong>.
