All payments are processed via <strong>secure payment gateways<\/strong> using <strong>3D Secure technology<\/strong>.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Payment Details<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When paying by card, the Customer must enter:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>card number,<\/li>\n\n<li>cardholder name,<\/li>\n\n<li>expiration date,<\/li>\n\n<li>security code (CVV\/CVC).<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Nomado does not store<\/strong> any card information on its servers.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Data Confidentiality<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The confidentiality of transmitted information (including personal and payment data) is ensured by the payment systems and processing banks.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Reasons for Payment Decline<\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The card is not enabled for online transactions.<\/li>\n\n<li>Insufficient funds.<\/li>\n\n<li>Incorrect card details entered.<\/li>\n\n<li>The card has expired.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. Payment Errors<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In case of technical errors or failed payment authorization, <strong>refund responsibility lies with the payment processor or issuing bank<\/strong>.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">6. Refund Conditions<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A refund is possible in the following cases:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The service was not provided due to the Provider\u2019s fault.<\/li>\n\n<li>The Customer cancels the booking <strong>at least 24 hours before<\/strong> the tour starts \u2014 <strong>100% refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Cancellations made <strong>less than 24 hours before<\/strong> the tour \u2014 <strong>no refund<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>If the tour is canceled by the <strong>Tour Operator<\/strong>, the Customer receives a <strong>full refund<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">7. Refund Procedure<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds must be requested via email:<br>\ud83d\udce7 <strong><a class=\"\">nomadoplatform@gmail.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Refund Timeline<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Refunds are made to the <strong>same card\/account<\/strong> used for payment within <strong>7\u201310 business days<\/strong> after the refund is confirmed.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Refunds via Credit Services<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If the booking was paid using <strong>credit or installment plans<\/strong>:<\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>The refund will be sent to the <strong>bank or credit provider<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n<li>Any <strong>bank fees or commissions<\/strong> will be deducted from the total.<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Nomado does not reimburse<\/strong> any interest charged by the credit institution.<\/li><\/ul><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Refunds After 30 Days<\/h3><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>No refunds<\/strong> will be issued if <strong>more than 30 calendar days<\/strong> have passed since the service was provided.<\/p><hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11.
