1. Payment for Services

Payment is made online using VISA, MasterCard, Elcart, or electronic wallets. All payments are processed via secure payment gateways using 3D Secure technology.


2. Payment Details

When paying by card, the Customer must enter:

  • card number,
  • cardholder name,
  • expiration date,
  • security code (CVV/CVC).

Nomado does not store any card information on its servers.


3. Data Confidentiality

The confidentiality of transmitted information (including personal and payment data) is ensured by the payment systems and processing banks.


4. Reasons for Payment Decline

  • The card is not enabled for online transactions.
  • Insufficient funds.
  • Incorrect card details entered.
  • The card has expired.

5. Payment Errors

In case of technical errors or failed payment authorization, refund responsibility lies with the payment processor or issuing bank.


6. Refund Conditions

A refund is possible in the following cases:

  • The service was not provided due to the Provider’s fault.
  • The Customer cancels the booking at least 24 hours before the tour starts — 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour — no refund.
  • If the tour is canceled by the Tour Operator, the Customer receives a full refund.

7. Refund Procedure

Refunds must be requested via email:

8. Refund Timeline

Refunds are made to the same card/account used for payment within 7–10 business days after the refund is confirmed.


9. Refunds via Credit Services

If the booking was paid using credit or installment plans:

  • The refund will be sent to the bank or credit provider.
  • Any bank fees or commissions will be deducted from the total.
  • Nomado does not reimburse any interest charged by the credit institution.

10. Refunds After 30 Days

No refunds will be issued if more than 30 calendar days have passed since the service was provided.
