Welcome to Nomado, a platform connecting travelers with verified tour operators in Kyrgyzstan. By using our website or services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Definitions

• “Nomado”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to the platform and its owners.
• “User” refers to any individual using the platform, including both travelers and tour providers.
• “Tour Provider” refers to individuals or businesses offering travel-related services via Nomado.
• “Traveler” refers to users booking or browsing tours.

2. Use of the Platform

You agree to:

• Use Nomado only for lawful purposes.
• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Not attempt to harm, disrupt, or exploit the platform or its users.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Tour Provider.
• Payment is processed through secure third-party services.
• Prices are set by Tour Providers and may include applicable taxes or fees.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund if the traveler cancels at least 24 hours before the start of the tour.
• No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour start time.
• Tour Provider Cancellations: If a provider cancels a booking, the traveler will receive a full refund.
• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.

5. Responsibilities of Tour Providers

Tour Providers agree to:

• Offer only legitimate, safe, and legal tours.
• Ensure accurate descriptions and pricing.
• Handle traveler inquiries and perform tours professionally.

6. Responsibilities of Travelers

Travelers agree to:

• Follow safety rules and instructions during tours.
• Not engage in disruptive or unlawful behavior during any booked experience.

7. Platform Limitations

Nomado is a marketplace. We do not own or operate any tours. We are not liable for:

• Injuries, accidents, or losses during any experience.
• Service failures or misrepresentations by Tour Providers.

We encourage users to review ratings and verify details before booking.

8. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate user accounts for violations of these Terms, including fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — text, logos, images, etc. — is owned by or licensed to Nomado. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Nomado after updates means you accept the changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kyrgyz Republic. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation or, if needed, in the local courts.
