We’ll begin our adventure with an early drive, heading out from Bishkek towards our first historical destination, located 70 km away. Upon arrival, we’ll step back in time and uncover the fascinating history of Burana Tower and its surrounding ancient site.

Our first stop will be the Burana Tower, an iconic landmark that dates back to the 11th century. Once part of the thriving city of Balasagun, this impressive minaret offers a window into the past. As we explore, you’ll learn about the ancient city’s rich history, its importance on the Silk Road, and the role the tower played in the cultural and political landscape of the region.

We’ll dive deeper into the early nomadic lifestyle that shaped the Kyrgyz people.
